In the traditional model, teams and large firms have commission sharing agreements–with money flowing to team leaders and firms.They require larger commissions to make a profit. We don't participate in those agreements. Let's face it: we’re not for everybody--athough we have yet to meet that person. Some clients require a larger time commitment; some houses take longer to sell; some negotiations are more complicated. We leverage technology to help us maintain a high transaction volume.
